Day 150: Thursday Short and Sweet

I’ll keep this brief:

Breakfast: Wafflewich awesomeness 5.5 points

Lunch: The Side Sampler at Pollo Tropical- black beans, rice, balsamic tomato and corn. It was fantabulous. 10 points

Workout: It was kind of like this, without all the drugs.

It was beastly and much needed.

Snack: Kashi Berry Crisp in Yogurt YUM!!!!! 4 points

Dinner: Uncle Jim’s Chili on a baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and guacamole (yes I said quac) 10 points.

Total: 29.5 a great day. See ya tomorrow.
