  1. Nathan, can u give me some pointers on how u have overcome “emotional eating”. I am struggling really hard with this issue right now, so any advise would be appreciated! Thx Robin =)

    • Hey Robin!
      Great question. The truth is, emotional eating is still something I struggle with. I think what has helped me the most is having structure with my eating. I know how many points and weekly points I have so I try to stick within those parameters. I do look at food differently now though. I have to work at reminding myself that it’s fuel. Sure some meals are meant to be indulging, but not every meal. Not every meal is your “last meal” you know what I mean? Like I said, it’s still a struggle with it, but I celebrate all the small victories along the way like ordering veggies instead of fries for my side and things like that. I hope this helps.
